Hardcore’s most punishing supergroup END have announced their debut Australian tour, set to smash faces along the East Coast in June.

The brainchild of renowned producer Will Putney (Fit For An Autopsy) and vocalist Brendan Murphy (Counterparts), END quickly became the band on everyone’s lips through the sheer savagery of their brand of hardcore/grind. The band’s debut album, Splinters from an Ever-Changing Face (2020), comes for everything in its way with a sonic excavator, leaving behind nothing but pure carnage. Kerrang! gave the record full marks, calling it a “primal howl of distilled rage and anxiety”. Metal Hammer said the album is “a passion project that’s played with sheer cathartic malevolence”, while Stereogum put it simply by labeling it “absolute wreckage”.

"‘Torture World' is a piece of music that happened while we were at our lowest. We had no idea when or if this thing we love so much would ever come back, and you can feel that on the EP. I definitely can. There is a thread of hopelessness that runs throughout. For me, those types of emotions always spoke the most deeply. The feelings that resonated to me were always the hardest ones; I hope that these feelings resonate with someone out there and let them know that they aren’t the only one who feels that way sometimes, and that’s okay."

Great American Ghost have just released their new EP 'Torture World', and it is an absolute behemoth.

A gripping blend of bludgeoning hardcore, frantic metalcore and deliciously desolate atmosphere, the band paint a portrait of a world hanging on by a thread in the most despondently riotous way they could possibly conjure. It's a collection of songs that capture the terror and confusion of society right now in a way that feels as vitally hopeless as it does wonderfully volatile, and feels like the next big step in their quest for utter domination.

As New Jersey's metal kings Fit For An Autopsy gear up to release their sixth album Oh What The Future Holds on January 14, the band has shared a video for "Two Towers." 

"Conceptually, “Two Towers” is an abstract story which follows the journey of your past self and future self, and the forces that pull them apart." says guitarist Will Putney. "Realizing the impossible concept of them meeting, one is faced with the reality of accepting the things you cannot change. A little out of the box for us, but challenging and fun to create a unique song for the record.  Shout out to director Frankie Nasso and his team for the animated video that brought this story to life.  We love it, hope you do too. "

It has been ten years since we released Insurrection.

In such a pivotal time in global and US politics with the lyrical content ringing so true, it was only fitting for us to give this album a nice modern remastering. At the hands of the legendary Will Putney, Insurrection has never sounded better than it does now.

When we released Insurrection ten years ago, we were all very proud of the record we created. Now, listening back at the songs a whole decade later, the music has aged like a fine wine and the record’s message resonates truer now than ever before.

For the first time ever we have included the bonus track “The Infernal Machine” on digital services. This track was on the original release, but has never been released digitally and we hope our fans both new and old enjoy it.

We appreciate all the ongoing love and support over the years. Even though we haven’t been around, we haven’t forgotten about you.

When our tour was cancelled you came through for us by pickup up merch and helping us get back on our feet. So as a way of saying thank you, we wrapped up a new one for you. “Fear Tomorrow”, like all FFAA songs, is a reaction to the current climate we’re all (literally) stuck in. What have we done that’s brought us to this point, and what does the future hold if we keep repeating the same mistakes? It’s time to take a hard look at our systems and the value we place on a human life. Stay informed, and think about what you can do to ensure things don’t get worse. We’ll get off the podium now.
